Dallas: North Texas preowned home sales rose 17% in 2013, the highest level ever, with median sales prices up 10% from 2012, according to NTREIS data. DFW home sales over $1 million rose 22%, 55% in Austin and 46% in Houston. Luxury home sales comprise about 1% of total residential sales.
