At the March 15th awards banquet of Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Doris Jacobs was recognized as the firm’s #1 top individual producer of more than 300 agents for the year 2011. Since founding the firm with Ms. Allman in 2003, Doris has held this #1 top volume position eight of nine years.
Since entering the business, Doris has developed as an exemplary entrepreneur handling transactions whatever the price, offering the deepest level of individualized benefits to each client. From selling 45 homes on Beverly Drive, luxury estates in the Park Cities and Preston Hollow to cottages or first-time buyers, her career is replete with variety. Doris lists multiple investment properties for the same client, markets estate or bank owned homes, works with a client to sell their current dwelling then finds that perfect purchase, bonds with clients with distinctive tastes sometimes for years until that perfect home is found and is the grande dame of repeat business, working with multiple generations of the same family.
Doris has fine-tuned her expertise in matching clients to properties, and she often sells homes that are not on the market. Last year, she closed a transaction having a two-year duration, a listing she had previously, eventually selling to a client who had seen the listing when it was new to the market. Over time, nothing measured up, so they ultimately went back to the owner who had taken it off the market. Doris made the deal and successfully closed it.
Doris’ enthusiasm soars as she shares the thrill of getting the highest price possible for her sellers’ homes and getting buyers the best values possible in the fastest time. Her motto is “Striving to surpass her own personal best for her client.”
